Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- Ready in:
- 15 min
Instructions
- Bring sugar, corn syrup, and water to a boil. Do not stir until you see some color.
- As soon as it starts to turn brown, add baking soda, and butter and stir
- Spread onto a silpat and let cool
