I know I know. It’s been a while since I posted. I have good excuses I swear! But I don’t want to bore you with them, so here are some pictures of the food I made for my mother-in-law’s bridal shower:
Wedding dress (mini) cupcake cake
Top of the dress is lemon meringue, bottom is early grey topped with ganache and white chocolate decor. Plus a rose made out of a strawberry.
For the white chocolate decor I tempered white chocolate, spread on textured sheets, and cut with a round cutter.
Individual 5 layer dip
I used a piping bag for all the layers.
From top down:
guacamole (store bought so it wouldn’t brown overnight)
Caprese salad bites with balsamic reduction
Salami/Brie cheese roll ups
