Earl Grey and Orange Ganache

Instructions

  1. Heat cream, corn syrup, earl grey, and orange zest to a simmer
  2. Turn off heat and cover with plastic wrap. Let steep for 30 minutes
  3. Heat again to a simmer and strain over chocolate. Mix to combine
  4. Pour into desired mold and let set before cutting and enrobing.
